By registering for and participating in this Competition, participants agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Competition is open to participants worldwide unless restricted by local law.

1.2 Participants may register under either Solo Category, for one participant, or Group Category, for two or more participants.

1.3 Participants under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.

1.4 The Organizer reserves the right to verify participant identity and eligibility.

2. Registration

2.1 All participants must complete the official registration form available on the Competition website.

2.2 Registration will only be considered complete after submission of the registration form, full payment of the applicable registration fee, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2.3 Participants are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and complete.

2.4 The Organizer reserves the right to reject incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent registrations.

3. Entry Fees & Payment

3.1 Registration fees are as follows: Solo Entry Fee: $20.00. Group Entry Fee: $20.00.

3.2 All payments must be completed through approved payment methods listed on the website.

3.3 Registration fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

3.4 Failure to complete payment before the registration deadline may result in disqualification.

3.5 Participants are responsible for any bank, payment gateway, transfer, or currency conversion charges.

4. Video Submission Requirements

4.1 Participants must submit an original dance performance video before the stated submission deadline.

4.2 Videos must be clear and visible, must not contain offensive, hateful, violent, discriminatory, or explicit content, must comply with the Competition time limit, and must be uploaded in the required format or submitted through an approved platform.

4.3 Editing, visual effects, or manipulation that gives unfair advantage may result in disqualification if prohibited by competition rules.

4.4 Videos submitted after the deadline may not be accepted.

5. Copyright & Content Ownership

5.1 Participants confirm that they own or have legal permission to use all music, choreography, costumes, images, and creative elements included in their submission, and that their submitted content does not infringe on the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of others.

5.2 Participants are solely responsible for obtaining music licenses or permissions where required.

5.3 The Organizer shall not be liable for copyright disputes arising from participant submissions.

5.4 Any participant found using stolen, plagiarized, or unauthorized content may be immediately disqualified without refund.

6. Media Release & Promotional Rights

6.1 By participating, participants grant the Organizer permission to display submitted videos on the website, share videos or images on social media, and use participant names, stage names, photos, videos, and clips for promotional, educational, advertising, and marketing purposes related to the Competition.

6.2 Participants understand that no additional compensation will be paid for promotional use.

6.3 The Organizer may edit, resize, or reformat submitted content for promotional purposes while preserving the integrity of performances.

7. Code Of Conduct

7.1 Participants must conduct themselves respectfully at all times.

7.2 Harassment or abuse of judges, organizers, or participants, hate speech, discrimination, offensive content, fraudulent voting practices, and submission of another person's performance as one's own are prohibited.

7.3 Violation of conduct rules may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

8. Judging & Scoring

8.1 Judging decisions are final and binding.

8.2 Performances may be judged based on technique, creativity, musicality, stage presence, originality, and overall performance quality.

8.3 The Organizer reserves the right to modify judging criteria when necessary.

8.4 In the event of a tie, judges may conduct additional reviews or use tie-breaking criteria.

9. Prizes

9.1 Prize details will be announced on the Competition website or promotional materials.

9.2 The Organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value if necessary.

9.3 Winners may be required to verify identity before receiving prizes.

9.4 Taxes, fees, or legal obligations relating to prizes are the sole responsibility of winners.

10. Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information, violates these Terms and Conditions, uses unauthorized copyrighted material, engages in cheating or fraudulent conduct, or fails to comply with competition deadlines or rules. Disqualification may occur without refund.

11. Cancellation, Postponement & Force Majeure

11.1 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, modify, or suspend the Competition due to unforeseen circumstances, technical failures, emergencies, legal requirements, natural disasters, internet interruptions, or events beyond reasonable control.

11.2 The Organizer will communicate any major updates through the official website or email.

12. Limitation Of Liability

12.1 The Organizer shall not be liable for technical failures, internet disruptions, lost or delayed submissions, unauthorized access to participant materials, copyright claims arising from participant content, or any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation.

12.2 Participants participate at their own risk.

13. Data Privacy

13.1 Personal information collected during registration will only be used for competition administration, participant communication, payment processing, and promotional purposes where consent has been granted.

13.2 Participant information will not be sold to third parties.

13.3 By registering, participants consent to receiving competition-related emails or notifications.

14. Parental/Guardian Consent For Minors

Participants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian agrees to supervise participation where appropriate, accept these Terms on behalf of the minor, and consent to media use and participation.

15. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all registration fees are non-refundable. Refund requests, if exceptionally approved, shall be determined solely by the Organizer.

No refunds will be granted due to failure to participate, missed deadlines, disqualification, or technical issues caused by participant devices or internet.

16. Modifications To Terms

The Organizer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions shall become effective immediately upon posting on the official website.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels within the applicable jurisdiction.

18. Acceptance Of Terms

By registering for the Competition, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, agree to comply with all competition rules, accept payment and refund policies, confirm ownership or permission for submitted content, and grant media and promotional rights to the Organizer.
